Kyvalley Dairy Group have a disputes resolution process, which has been outlined in the Milk Supply Agreement document.
Reports on disputes are published in accordance with section 65 of the Dairy Industry Code.
During the period between 1 May 2023 and 30 April 2024, Kyvalley Dairy Group was party to no disputes that resulted in either mediation or arbitration.
